How to get your baby baptized at St. Joseph:

We are so excited for you! Congratulations on your new child! Please follow the folowing procedure to help us help you in this important step for your child and for you as Christian parents. We are so glad you want to have your child baptized!   

1. Find a time to attend the prebaptismal class (usually the First monday of the month) 
2. Fill out the SJCC Baptism Information Form and return it to the Parish Office.
3. Have Godparents read and fill out the SJCC Baptism Godparent form and return it to the the Parish Office. 
4. Bring a copy of the Birth Certificate to the Parish Office. 
5. Let the parish office know when you would like to have the baptism - the list of dates is below.
6. Go have your child baptized on that date!
7. Celebrate the rebirth of your child in Baptism. Party!

Baptism Class Dates for 2023: 
A Pre-Baptism Class is (typically) held on the first Monday of every month in the Parish Activity Center at 7 p.m.  Godparents are strongly recommended to attend. All information is provided at the class.  Please call the church office if you have any questions [(979)822-2721].
